After the visit we give you a written quote with a fixed price in under 24 hours, and often on the same day. It includes the model, the sizes, the type of fabric, the motor if there is one, and installation by our own team. That price won’t change during the installation.

We don’t give ballpark prices without seeing the space, because every terrace is different: the type of wall, the fixings, which way it faces, the wind and the access all make a big difference to the job. On each service page we explain what affects the price, for example for cassette awnings or bioclimatic pergolas.

If, once you’ve got it, you’d rather think it over or compare it, that’s absolutely fine: the quote is yours and we won’t pester you. And if what you need is a pergola quote in Malaga or a quote for an enclosure, the process is the same: a free visit, measuring and a fixed price in writing, with everything itemised so you can compare it in your own time.

Three things save a lot of time: photos of the space, rough measurements and your town. The best photos are taken from the front and from the side, showing the wall or ceiling where the awning or pergola would be fixed and, if possible, the railing or the floor too.

Tell us as well what you want to achieve: shade at midday, shelter from the levante (the strong easterly wind), using the terrace in winter, privacy from the neighbours or keeping the mosquitoes out. With that we can already think about the system that suits you best, for example a retractable awning, a vertical awning or a terrace enclosure.

If it’s a repair, send a photo of the problem and, if there is one, of the motor or model label. If you’re a community of owners or a business, tell us roughly how many awnings or how many metres are involved and whether there are any community or town hall rules we should know about.

We offer free visits right across our area. In the Axarquia: Velez-Malaga (where our head office is), Torre del Mar, Nerja, Torrox, Rincon de la Victoria and Algarrobo, as well as the villages around them.

In Malaga and on the Costa del Sol we go to Malaga city, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella and Estepona. In the province of Granada we work on the Costa Tropical, in Motril, Salobreña and Almuñécar, and in Granada city and its metropolitan area.

If your town isn’t listed, get in touch anyway. We often plan routes and can drop by while we’re visiting other customers in the same area. We’re based in Velez-Malaga and, as an awning company in Velez-Malaga used to travelling the whole coast, it’s rare that we can’t get to you.

To give you an appointment as soon as possible, it helps if you tell us your town and a time slot that suits you. We work Monday to Saturday and fit visits around your schedule whenever we can. If it’s a second home and you won’t be there, we can measure up with whoever has the keys and then send you the photos, measurements and quote by WhatsApp or email so you can check them wherever you are.

Yes. Our premises are at Avenida Pablo Iglesias, s/n, local 9C, in Velez-Malaga, and we’re open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm. We recommend letting us know beforehand by phone or WhatsApp, because the team is out on visits and installations for much of the day, and that way we can make sure someone is free to help you properly.

At our premises you can see and touch sample books of plain and striped Sauleda and Dickson fabrics, screen fabrics for vertical blinds and frame colours, and ask any questions about Cherubini motors and automation. Seeing the colours in person helps a lot, because on a screen they never look quite right.

If you’d rather not travel, we bring the sample books to the free measuring visit at your home. That way you choose the fabric seeing how it looks in the light and against the colours of your own facade, which is what really matters. The same colour can look warmer or cooler depending on which way the wall faces and what it’s made of, which is why we like to choose it with you on site.

For inspiration beforehand, every service page has photos and online designers: you can design your awning by changing the fabric and frame, or design your bioclimatic pergola and watch the louvres move. Then send us your design and we’ll fine-tune it at the visit.

Yes. Our after-sales service also looks after awnings and pergolas installed by others. We replace fabric, repair arms, cassettes and roller tubes, replace motors and motorise manual awnings. You can see how we work on our awning repairs and fabric replacement page.

For a repair quote, it really helps if you send us on WhatsApp a general photo of the awning, another of the part that’s failing and, if it’s motorised, one of the motor label. That way we can bring the most likely part on the first visit and save time, which in the middle of summer, with an awning you can’t use, is what people appreciate most.

If your awning is manual and you’d like more convenience, we can look at motorising it with a Cherubini motor and adding a wind sensor, which is highly recommended on terraces exposed to the levante. And if the frame has taken a real beating from the salt air, we’ll tell you honestly so you can decide whether it’s worth repairing or replacing.
